General Description
LAS
BRISAS has a total of 7 Villas, 14 Condos and one private home,
nestled inside a quiet private oasis. Each Villa and Condos is
unique and equipped with the highest quality furnishings.
Swimming Pools and Gymnasium
There
are 4 swimming pools inside LAS BRISAS. Each pool is 8 meters wide
by 16 meters long and has a depth ranging from 1 meter to 2 meters.
The water purifying system uses salt electrolysis, avoiding
chemicals harmful to your health. The water quality is tested and
the pools are cleaned daily. Each unit has access to one of these
pools.
Each
unit has access to the fully equipped air conditioned gym, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
Parking
All
the parking areas are along the main road inside the project, making
all green areas vehicle free and virtually noise free. Each unit has
two designated parking spaces.
Security
To
guarantee the safety of those who live inside the gated community,
we have a 24/7 guard on duty. This gives peace of mind that your
property and your loved ones are safe when you are not there.
The front gate of the project can be opened either by remote control
or key code. The codes are changed periodically.
Water
The
buildings are fitted with a 1100 litre water holding tank, ensuring
constant water supply.
Septic Tank
Each
building is equipped with a modern and eco-friendly septic tank,
approved and recommended by the Health department.
Air
Conditioning
Each unit has its own air conditioning systems. Each room can
be cooled individually.
Administration of the Gated Community
Each
owner is automatically a member of the HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION OF LAS
BRISAS upon the purchase of the property. This association votes on
the nomination of its board members, its administrator and the rules
and regulations of the gated community.
The ASSOCIATION has an office on the premises for the administrator,
4 pool houses in which the tools and cleaning products are stored. |
